EREL - Equipment Reserve System

Policy
Last Revised April 27, 2006

EREL check-out equipment is intended to support research and instructional activities. Personal use for other purposes is not authorized. You must specify the intended use of the equipment when you reserve it.
EREL check-out equipment is purchased with EPSY graduate students’ instructional enhancement fees. Therefore, it must be available for use by all EPSY graduate students.
EREL laptops cannot be reserved for more than a week, and total use of EREL laptops is restricted to two weeks. If you have used a laptop for two weeks, laptops will not be listed on the equipment list. Other types of check-out equipment are subject to similar restrictions. Misuse of EREL check-out equipment can result in suspension of EREL privileges and services. Users are responsible for returning EREL check-out equipment to the EREL in working order.
Instructional enhancement fees are limited and are used in many ways to enhance the graduate experience. Therefore, the number of laptop computers and other types of check-out equipment is limited. EREL laptops (video cameras, etc.) are not meant to serve as the personal computers of an individual student.

I understand these rules for use of EREL check-out equipment and agree to abide by them.
